$25.00 charge for all orders up to $499.99 (Low of 5%)

$40.00 charge for all orders between $500.00 and $999.99 (Low of 4% to a High of 8%)

$50.00 charge for all orders between $1,000.00 and $1,999.99 (Low of 2.5% to a High of 5%)

$60.00 charge for all orders between $2,000.00 and $2,999.99 (Low of 2% to a High of 3%)

$70.00 charge for all orders between $3000.00 and $3,999.99 (Low of 1.8% to a High of 2.3%)

$80.00 charge for all orders between $4,000.00 and $4,999.99 (Low of 1.6% to a High of 2%)

$90.00 charge for all orders between $5,000.00 and $5,999.99 (Low of 1.5% to a High of 1.8%)

$100.00 charge for all orders between $6,000.00 and $7,499.99 (Low of 1.3% to a High of 1.7%)

$125.00 charge for all orders between $7,500.00 and $9,999.99 (Low of 1.3% to a High of 1.7%)

WARRANTY RETURNS

We offer/extend full factory replacement warranty on all defective products sold, provided the defect is caused by manufacturing and the item has not been abused.

NOTE: All returns MUST be approved by your sales rep and have the appropriate (COAST) paperwork attached or it will be returned to the store. The Coast driver will not accept (pick-up) returns without COAST documentation. 

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY within 30 DAYS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the following guidelines:

 - Special ordered items non-returnable

 - Customer is responsible for freight charges

 - All goods in original condition - no price tags

This is intended ONLY for products incorrectly ordered NOT for inventory levelling

 

AFTER 30 DAY POLICY

Coast will work with its customers under certain circumstances beyond the 30 days. In this case ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND RETURNED TO YOUR STORE.

GUIDELINES

1. A replacement order of equal value of the return may be required

2. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied - no exceptions

3. Goods must be current stock items, in original condition and all price tags removed

4. Products with "best before" dates, batch colour liquids etc., cannot be returned

Coast will not accept "special order" products or "seasonal items" for returns ie: (snow shovels, ice melt, fans, etc.) 

Please contact your sales rep BEFORE any product is considered for return. Pre-authorization is a must!
